What does "kwento" mean?
Kwento is Tagalog for "story" or "stories," so Creatures of Kwento literally translates to Creatures of Stories.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We will process orders within 2-3 business days.

Who are the plushies for?
Anyone can buy a plushie! Our goal is to keep the stories of Philippine mythology alive.

Will my plushie come alive and eat me?
We don't believe they will, however, there are no guarantees.

Do you curate the books you stock?
Yes. We focus on the myths and folklore from the Philippines. We try to make sure each book we stock includes deities, monsters, or other aspects of the folklore. We also do not condone the use of AI, so if any part of the book is written or illustrated by AI, we will not stock it.

I'm an author, and my book includes creatures of Filipino mythology. Can you stock my book?
Yes! Contact us or message us about your book, and we'll look into it! We prefer ordering through Ingram, however, if your book is not widely distributed, please let us know how to order your books.
